The night shift lady named Joanne was absolutely amazing to me and my family she sorted us out a room within 1 hour of us booking. We needed emergency accommodation and she could see this as we biked and turned up an hour later to her surprise. She sorted us out with a beautiful clean apartment with a pool and sea view my young son was very comfortable here. On checking out Maria and Hamid were excellent and made us feel very emotional on our leave as we didn’t want yo go. Such lovely people running this hotel. I would recommend to anybody to give this apartments a try. We will most definitely be back to stay hopeful again this summer. Lovely atmosphere around the hotel we loved it, staff very accommodating

Very clean and everything we needed,we even had a garden,table and chairs on patio & sun beds.TV in lounge and bedroom .The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever had in our 35years stopping in many places on the island of Tenerife,stopping for a month made the stay more perfect.From the moment we got to reception and how friendly they were nothing was to much trouble we new we would be ok,every member of staff working there were the same.The gardens were lovely and everywhere was clean and well maintained.Perfect in the area for restaurants .sea front on doorstep.We will definitely be stopping there again.

Our ground floor apartment was brilliant. It had everything we could possibly have wanted plus a great outdoor space. Reception staff were spot on and very helpful, as were the cleaning staff and gardeners. Pool furniture was a bit dated, but the space was still very nice. We had our birthdays while we we were there and it was a lovely touch receiving a bottle of wine on both days.Hoping to return in September.

I loved the fact this is on the flight path and watching the planes come in - but I appreciate that might not be everyones cup of tea. Its is very quiet and they do not play pool music. It is spotless. Staff are all lovely and helpful. They check you are happy on whatsapp. We have not been in 5 years and they have maintained the property, fixed the car park and apartments have water filter taps.

Lovely personal from reception to cleaning personal. Very comfortable appartement. Very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent insect control (maybe some few ants but nothing nasty). Nearby business center which can be practical but the appartements are not noisy. I would definitely come back.
